Want the house of your dreams?  Or a quick closing on a refinance?  Our processes are very refined so we can close quickly to compete with cash offers or multiple offers in communities with limited inventory.

We fully prepare and underwrite your loan package prior to making offers on properties so you know exactly what you can afford to purchase.  Our clients are able to obtain aggressive closing timeframes in a short as 15 days allowing your offer to stand out amount the heap of offers.

I pride myself knowing how to structure the loan programs that matches my client’s personal profile whether your financial profile is simple or complex for residential 1-4 unit properties, including, jumbo, conventional loans,  FHA, VA, and first-time home buyer programs.

I help my clients every step of the way, throughout the lending process, making it easier for them to achieve success!!

My clients appreciate the time I spend in explaining all that is required during the process to make it smooth, easy and stress free.

We serve the San Francisco Bay Area as well as the rest of California.
