He has been a mortgage banker/broker for the past 20 years and was listed in Mortgage Originator Magazine in 2002 and 2003 as one of the highest volume loan originators in the U.S. Bart has personally closed over 2,000 loans totaling over $1 billion.

Throughout the years, Bart has developed invaluable knowledge of mortgage products, residential and commercial underwriting, real estate investment, financial modeling, and financial planning.
